Ask your customers for reviews, mark them up with structured data and present them on a particular page on your site. This might do wonders. The pages have to create unique enough value that they can be distinguished from other similar pages by the search engines. Lacking that intrinsic value, they will have to be distinguished by inbound linkage. Include any keywords you want to rank for in the title tag. The closer to the start of the tag the keyword is, the more likely that your page will rank for that keyword Keywords should never be used to try to trick or mislead human beings or Google spiders.. This means using keywords that do not exactly describe the contents of your page, repeating a keyword over and over in a way that in not natural (known as “keyword stuffing”) or using any other black hat SEO tactics (like keywords in a white font on a white background) are all off limits.
Identify potential link partners
Outbound, or external, links are links pointing outwards from your site to another website. They pass along some of your own site’s ranking power. You’ve heard that
blogging is good for SEO and maybe you even publish new posts regularly and share your posts on Twitter and Facebook. Problem is, you’re still not seeing any serious organic traffic from your blog and you’ve never managed to see a blog post rank anywhere near the heralded first page of Google search results, no matter how much you try to cram in those keywords. Where are you going wrong? SEO can be a frustrating activity. Yesterday your website was on the first page of Google. You were delighted. Flushed with your SEO prowess, you performed the same search today and found your site was on page two – what went wrong? Has your website been pawed to pieces by a panda or pecked full of holes by a penguin? Keyword research represents the very foundation of your SEO campaign and when done properly, keywords can drive traffic and rankings for your web pages. Keywords represent terms and phrases people type as search queries to find local businesses.
Fixing an Internal Linking Problem
The search engine optimization (SEO) world has undergone some big changes in the last few years—the biggest being coming in the form of Google’s heightened push towards strong user experiences. Similar to your
title tags, meta descriptions are a simple, but highly effective way to improve your SEO. Meta descriptions are used to generate the small paragraph of text that appears below a page’s title in the search results. The difference between 10 years ago and now is Google puts a value on links and where they come from more than ever before. They measure the value of links by the domains they come from and the pages on the domains they come from. Search engine do not give you links that are counted to your link popularity. You need to write content that others want to link to. And in my opinion, if you are not passionate about what you are writing, then it will be hard to get links pointing to your content.
Planning is a crucial part of any SEO campaign
Every site-owner needs to gather links and local business owners would probably benefit even more for good links. Location search is growing every year and we are using our mobile phones daily to search for answers and solutions locally to us. You should track the traffic, engagement, conversion rates and page visits for your mobile strategy separately than those of your desktop strategy. Gaz Hall, a
Freelance SEO Consultant, commented: "As it may seem obvious by now, there is more to writing SEO-friendly content than ensuring you get a healthy ratio of keywords in."
Think hard about sharing
Authority is created over time. It can't be rushed. You need to
see things from your customers’ point of view and, more importantly, you need to write the things that appeal to their viewpoint. Always research before you buy any SEO software because the search engine Algorithms are constantly changing thereby improving their search technologies to provide the most relevant results for their users. SEO tools for Google, MSN and Yahoo are numerous. Writing is hard enough when you have to write 500 word blog posts. Now imagine writing in-depth articles and guides that stretch to 5,000+ words on a consistent basis.
